Real Estate Market Update: Daily Temp Report, MLS Statistics and More!

Hey there, it’s Kelly! I hope you all are doing well and having a great week. This past weekend was special for me and Jason as we celebrated 30 years from our first date. It was so exciting but at the same time, I felt a little old. Also, Grayson had his first surf lesson on Sunday and he was amazing, just like Addison. We had a lot of fun! 

April is Autism Awareness Month and the French Family Foundation is doing the slide challenge. We would love for you, your family or children to participate in it. Below you will find the latest interest rates effective April 24th, including an investor loan that was quoted in the lower sixes. We’re also seeing a strong travel demand this March, with future travel nights up 11.5% over last year. If you own a short-term rental and are seeing bookings down so far this year, don’t worry! Travelers are waiting till the last minute before they book. 

We have some great listings coming up over the next week or so, including a five-bedroom in Highland Reserve, a four-bedroom in Providence, an 11-bedroom Insula, and a four-bedroom in Glenbrook.
