Kelly French Real Estate experienced another strong year (with partial thanks to 100% bonus depreciation)! If you, or someone you know, needs a cost segregation study completed before filing 2025 taxes, reach out to me for a referral. In 2025, we were ranked in the top #100 agents in the Greater Orlando area. Still today, our passion is assisting absentee and international owners and investors to buy and sell in the Greater Orlando short term rental market. In November, KFRE announced its name change to Palm Circle Realty, as we focus on growing the 100% commission model to real estate agents in 2026 and beyond. Kelly & her team will continue to operate under KFRE.
The French Family Foundation experienced growth this year as well. We welcomed a new board member, Audra, this fall. We held our 3rd annual Run for Inclusion 5K & Fun Run in November and increased our profit over 2024, which means more to give back to our local community. We continue to fundraise for our capital campaign, raising money to open a coffee shop franchise in Central Florida that will employ most of its employees with disabilities. Jason & I celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary in July. We are still approved to adopt and are actively searching for our next child. For Jason, this year brought exciting opportunities for growth. He worked on a specialized team at a major homebuilding company to help design and refine a custom-built ERP system. The role has given him invaluable experience and deeper industry exposure, and he’s grateful for the progress and learning it brought.
As far as our family goes, the kids had an amazing year. We were able to spend our 6th summer at the beach while the kids were off for summer break. Kelly & Addy went to Washington DC in June, and our plans are to spend Thanksgiving and Christmas at the beach. Addy is in 8th grade this year, and is competing in weightlifting at her school for the second year in a row. Jason is thrilled that she chose this sport and loves working out with her. Greyson started middle school this year and the transition was a breeze! We think it’s doing AJ good to be in elementary school by himself and gives him more opportunity for growth.
We would love to hear an update on you & your family!
Wishing you and your family a healthy and prosperous 2026!
