Addison has always been very artistic and she loves arts and crafts of any kind. She has recently started making drawings for all the local places we frequently visit for them to hang up. Last week we went for ice cream and she dropped off her latest and they posted it on their Facebook page.Â

Comparing to April of this year, new listings are up 5%, pending sales are flat and listings sold were up 12%. Days on market are currently at 44 and total sales volume is up 14% (WOW!) average sales prices are up 2% and we still have 2 months of inventory overall. |
