May is always a busy month as we wrap up the school year with the kids. Last week Addison had a school field trip to Sea World where they got to spend the night and sleep with the Orcas. Last Wednesday was our last night at Awana for the year and Jason and I officially retired as Commanders after serving for 10 years. Saturday morning we took the kids to see Disney on Ice and spent Sunday at the beach for Mother’s Day!

Active listings are up 65% over last year, pending sales and listings sold are both down 9% & 15% respectively and days on market up to 46 from 16 last year. All signs that we are shifting into more of a balanced market, which is great for all of you! Now we just need to get those rates down a bit!
