1. Save Your 10 Most-Used Replies
Why it matters
Repeating the same answers chips away whole days each year.
5-Minute Setup
- Open Gmail → Settings → “Templates.”
- Paste in your answers to the questions you field every week (escrow, earnest money, showing windows, etc.).
- Next time a client asks, type “/escrow” (or whatever shortcut you choose) and hit send.

Agents report reclaiming 1–2 hours the very first week.
2. Let ChatGPT Draft Your CMA Narrative
Why it matters
You still choose the comps—AI just writes the story faster.
5-Minute Setup
- Pull your three core comps into a Word doc or Google Sheet.
- Copy-paste the data into ChatGPT with the prompt:
- “Write the narrative portion of a CMA for a 3-bed, 2-bath home in ZIP XXXXX using these comps.”
- Edit any local nuance, add your logo, done.
Quick win
Typical draft time drops from 30-40 minutes to under 10.
3. Route-Optimize Multiple Showings
Why it matters
Less windshield time = more client time.
5-Minute Setup
- Open Google Maps on desktop → “Directions.”
- Click “Add destination” until every address is listed.
- Drag stops to auto-sort by the shortest total drive—save to your phone.

5. Batch-Film Four Market Videos, Schedule a Month of Content

Consistency beats creativity on social media.

- Jot four bullets: current rates, inventory level, one hot neighborhood.
- Record four 90-second clips back-to-back on your phone.
- Use Instagram’s built-in “Schedule” toggle to drip them out—one per week.

You look omnipresent online, total effort: 30 minutes.
6. Auto-Send Market Reports to Your Sphere
Why it matters
Stay top-of-mind without daily follow-up.
5-Minute Setup
- Log into your MLS (or Homebot’s free plan).
- Create an automated monthly report for each past client: current value range, recent sales, days on market.
- Hit “auto-send.”
Quick win
Clients get useful data; you get inbound “Is it time to sell?” calls.
7. Guard a Weekly “CEO Hour”
Why it matters
Without reflection, your week runs you.
5-Minute Setup
- Block 60 minutes on Friday—make it recurring.
- Ask: What moved the business? What dragged? What’s the single priority next week?
- Protect the block like a listing appointment.

A clear plan Friday means a calm Monday and fewer mid-week fires.
