1. Rhythms Reduce Decision Fatigue

When certain actions happen on repeat, your brain stops renegotiating them.

Instead of asking “When should I prospect?” or “When do I check email?”, the rhythm decides for you.

This preserves mental energy for revenue, creativity, and leadership.

Why it matters: Less overwhelm. More clarity. Better decisions.

2. Rhythms Create Stability in Unpredictable Businesses
